KCIC Phase I Training Program will accommodate 500 Participants from the total HR needs of PT 1,452 people. The focus is on increasing competence Operation System, Passenger Service, and Maintenance divided into 21 Posts, most participants came Fresh Graduates who entered Entry Level. Required Competence Levels ability to apply knowledge skill High Speed Railway Technology. technical executive level for operation maintenance Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) KCIC400AF Type China. Gaps participant between existing levels required calculate 100%, thus training program be carried out as a whole in accordance with curriculum HSRCC. consists 4 parts consisting (1) Indonesian regulation, instructors Polytechnic; (2) Professional Knowledge, instructor Tianjin Technical Vocational College Southwest Jiaotong University; (3) Safety China – Beijing; (4) Practical skills Beijing. delivery method uses online class which accompanied by interpreters assistant lecturers each class.
